Masters Degree from Endicott College
Upon graduation from the ELI program,
candidates have the option to receive
36 graduate credits granted by Endicott
College, qualifying them to receive
a Master’s degree from Endicott
College.
Admissions
Qualifications
Recommendations from candidate’s
Principal or Director and another
professional colleague, and possession
of at least an initial license in
another educational role and completion
of three full years of employment
in a district-wide, school-based,
or other educational setting. Additionally,
candidates should verify that his/her
Principal or Director is willing to
assume the responsibility for being
their administrative mentor during
their Practicum year 2011-12.
Computer
Requirements
It is expected
candidates will be proficient in Microsoft
Word, at a minimum, and preferably
conversant with Microsoft Excel and
PowerPoint. Accepted students should
have Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,
and Excel) on an accessible computer
and have access to a printer capable
of producing multiple-page documents.
Students should also be able to download
materials online (high-speed internet)
and check e-mail daily for updates.
Application
to ELI
Completed application
packages are due preferably by December
16, 2010, but will be accepted on
a rolling basis until January 13,
2011. Notification on admission will
be sent no later than December 22,
2009. Completed applications packages
received on or before November 18,
2010 will receive a $100 reduction
in the total program fees and will
be given early consideration and notification
by November 24, 2011.

1) The completed
ELI application form. Download the
application form here,
fill it out, and scan the completed
form with your signature and include
it in the package.
2) One letter from your principal
or director/supervisor assessing your
potential as an educational leader.
3) A letter from one professional
reference assessing your potential
as an educational leader.
4) Personal statement explaining your
interest and readiness for educational
leadership. Include experiences and
skills you bring to this preparation
(1-2 pages).
5) Current Resume, including current
and previous professional work experience
and higher education courses and degrees.
