The Educator Leadership
Institute (ELI), a program of The
Education Collaborative for Greater
Boston, Inc. (EDCO), prepares and
licenses teachers and administrators
with leadership potential for Principal/Assistant
Principal K-6; 5-8; 9-12 and Supervisor/Director
positions. The program consists of
graduate course work and a supervised
practicum. The 16-month program can
be completed while maintaining a full-time
teaching or administrative position.

Information Session, January 15th,

We invite all interested ELI candidates
to a no-obligation ELI Information
Session on January 15th from 5:00-7:00pm
at our Seefurth classroom in Waltham.
A mini classroom session will be conducted
and current students, graduates and
ELI faculty will be in attendance
to answer questions and discuss the
program. Please indicate your interest
in attending and receiving driving

are being accepted for the seventh
cohort of ELI to begin in February
2009 and continuing to June 2010 with
applications due no later than January

Location and
Schedule
Starting in February
2009, classes meet on Thursday afternoons
during the academic year and weekday
mornings during July at EDCO's new
state-of-the-art classroom, 281 Winter
Street, Waltham, MA, one-half mile
from Exit 27A of route 128 (I-95).
Graduate Credit
Twenty graduate
credits are available to participants
through ELI's partnership with Endicott
College which can be applied for graduate
credit leading to a Master's or CAGS.
